Welcome to Ruck Work Tracker ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Ruck Work Tracker is a fitness tracking application designed to help users log, track, and analyze their weighted walking (rucking) workouts. The App provides tools for tracking distance, weight carried, exercises performed, and calculating performance metrics including rwu and rucktons.
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid username, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
The App offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription ("RWT Pro"):
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings on your device, or through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not have access to your payment information.
The App is intended for informational and fitness tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before beginning any new exercise program, including rucking.
You acknowledge that physical activity, including rucking with weighted loads, carries inherent risks of injury. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur during activities tracked with the App.
The App uses GPS technology to track distance and route during workouts. GPS accuracy may vary based on device capabilities, environmental conditions, satellite availability, and other factors. Distance and elevation measurements should be considered estimates and may not be perfectly accurate.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and handle your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Account deletion will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID Account Settings, as deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal fitness tracking. You may not:
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, and software, are owned by Ruck Work Tracker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ruck Work Tracker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or inaccurate tracking data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected within the App and on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account through Settings or by uninstalling the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
